MEMBERSHIP

Qualifications for 10 Years, 2 Years, Student & Retiree Membership:
Registered professional nurse of Indian origin or heritage.
Must have current RN license in NY State.
Must be of good professional standing (not barred or suspended license).
Member must agree with the mission and comply with the rules and bylaws set by INANY.

Qualification for Student Membership shall be:
Basic nursing student of Indian origin or heritage.
Not employed as a professional nurse currently.
Member must agree with the mission and comply with the rules and bylaws set by INANY.
Applicants must provide a copy of current student ID Card.

Qualified members from the states of New York, who are enrolled in a basic nursing education program may become a member of INANY as a student member by paying student Membership fee. Student members do not hold offices or participate in decision-making process and do not have voting privileges, but may enjoy all other benefits of INANY membership as a member by paying Student Membership fee.
