Nurses are the backbone of the healthcare system. Indian nurses are not only the backbone of the healthcare system; they are also the backbone of the Indian migration. More than 90% of Indians in America have a direct or indirect relationship to nursing professionals. Today our community is growing and the healthcare needs are increasing. It is time for us to get involved and help the community in the prevention of diseases and promotion of health. I am sure we are on the right path.
